Counseling Sessions & Fees

• Single Sessions: $75/hour
• 4 Session Package: $285
• 6 Session Package: $405
• 8 Session Package: $510
• 12 Session Package: $720

• Phone sessions are offered at the same pricing as in-office sessions.
• Email support is provided between sessions.
• Optional grocery store tours or kitchen makeovers and are an additional fee.
• Cash, check, or money order. Credit cards are accepted via PayPal.
• Payment is required prior to or at your first session.
• Phone sessions require pre-payment.
• A superbill is provided to those who wish to seek insurance or flex spending/health savings account reimbursement. If you intend to seek reimbursement, you should check with your health plan prior to scheduling to see what nutrition services, if any, are covered under your plan.
